Thyristor Surge Surpressors (TSS) is a voltage switching transient suppression diode. TSS products are protection devices made of semiconductor technology. They are mainly used for lightning protection of signal circuits.
TSS is a switching element with more accurate on-voltage, fast response speed, low solubility value, and the ability to absorb surge. It is mainly used in SLIC, xDSL Modem, LAN/WAN and other communication products. Comply with communication standards such as GR1089, ITU K21/20, IEC60950, TIA968 (FCC PART 68).
